The Promo 143 and Boutique Fitness Room 14 modalities are valid only for new sign-ups and former customers who have been unsubscribed for more than 3 months. They may be applied to former customers who have been unsubscribed for less than 3 months if they are 36 years old or younger and, at the time of sign-up, make a non-promotional payment for 6 months or more.
