In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (LOPD in Spanish), and Law 34/2002, dated 11 July, regarding e-commerce and information services, GESTORA CLUBS DiR, SL (hereafter “GCD”) –name representing all the companies within Grup DiR and DiR Clubs detailed below and referred to as “Grup DiR Companies”- hereby informs you and the Client consents that:

All the personal information provided by the Client through any form on the DiR Website will be added to an automated file containing personal data and which GCD is responsible for. The fields with an asterisk requesting personal data on said forms are mandatory and, as such, if the user does not include these, GCD may deny its services at its sole discretion.

GCD treats the personal data introduced confidentially and to: (i) make the Grup Dir web services www.dir.cat available and permit it to electronically manage, process and administer them in accordance with the contractual relationship between the Client and DiR Clubs, (ii) carry out questionnaires, statistical analyses and market studies, (iii) create actual client or potential client profiles in order to personalise and improve our articles and services, (iv) promote or publicise the activities, services and articles the Grup DiR Companies offer in addition to that of third party collaborators related to the area of sports, entertainment, health, well-being, nutrition and the rest of related activities (transporters, financial institutions, etc.), and (v) authorise mailings by ordinary post or electronic means (E-mail and SMS, a short text message sent to your mobile phone) including information related to any of the prior.

By clicking on the button “Send” or “Continue” found on the aforementioned forms, the User expressly authorises the use of his/her personal data requested for the abovementioned purposes to any of the entities listed above. In addition, by signalling the corresponding options and clicking on the "Send" button in the corresponding form, the User expressly authorises that his/her data can be used to send him/her commercial or publicity mailings by ordinary post, electronic e-mail, SMS or any other means. These authorisations may be revoked at any time though without any retroactive effect.

GCD will cancel, eliminate and/or block personal data provided when they are incorrect, incomplete or are no longer pertinent for the uses outlined above. In any case, the Client may, at any time, revoke his/her consent and exercise his/her right to access, correct, cancel or question said data, in writing by ordinary post to the following address (GCD, Carrer Industria, 90-92, entl. 6a, 08025 Barcelona), by e-mail to [email protected], or through the DiR Website, indicating expressly the right the Client wishes to exercise.
