Would you like to get fit but are looking for low-impact exercises? We at DiR Clubs would like to make the benefits of this discipline available to everyone, because anyone can enjoy yoga regardless of their ability, age or preferred method. We have created our own style, DiR yoga..

Our DiR gyms offer yoga classes taught by our instructors who specialise in all the styles: Ashtanga, Flow, Dharma, Kundalini… together with DiR Yoga, DiR Yoga Abs and Glutes, Hot DiR Yoga and yogilates.

If you want to go even further and explore the philosophy and history of yoga, YogaOne is the place for you; two specialised yoga centres in the heart of Barcelona. You will find a wide range of daily and evening activities from Monday to Saturday, as well as a timetable full of special courses and classes taught both by DiR specialist instructors and by our guest instructors from overseas.

Type of yoga to suit your goals:

  • Group yoga sessions: personal training session for 3 to 4 participants to reduce costs and work together. Groups will be formed based on the ability and goals of the people enrolled.

You can sign up for these sessions at all DiR and YogaOne. But if you’re simply looking for a group yoga class, you will find DiR yoga classes at all our gyms.
